Every Paw & Keepsakes necklace is carefully crafted and personalized for you.

Processing Time
Please allow up to 2 days for processing while we create your custom jewelry. Processing begins once we receive your complete personalization details and a suitable pet photo.

Shipping Time
After processing, estimated delivery is 4-9 business days. This shipping window does not include processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.

Delays
If we cannot ship within our stated processing time, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund. Carrier delays may also affect delivery.
